Hi guys!
I have done about six batches so far and every single one has come out great (although I was a little concerned that my pilsner had some off-flavours at the start but I realise now that the type of yeast just had a longer maturation period and now it tastes great!)
It means I now have some ingredients lying around that I don't want to go to waste. I have primarily purchased E+G packs from Birramia (recommended for Italians btw) so this will be the first time I buy my own hops.
I have a pack of california lager yeast, a kilo of dry malt and that's all. I would love a good recipe for lager - basically all I'd need are the hops and hop addition times and presumably another 2kg of dry malt.
Anything jump to mind?
