So, I'm thinking of using some Briess Munich malt extract to prime my beer with.

Basically we brewed up a Belgian Dubbel, we went ahead and did it despite not being able to get hold of any Munich malt extract at the time. I managed to get hold of some a few days after the brew and I was thinking I might use it to prime the beer with? Add a little extra flavor into the finished product?

My question is; Is this worth doing?

Cheers!

Nah keep it for your next brew, you'd use such a small amount it'd make no difference to the beer. Normal granulated sugar is fine for priming.

Yeah I did wonder how much flavor it'd leave, cool. Will probably just stick with normal sugar then :) Thanks for your feedback!
