Hello guys

I have pushed up my capacity from the standard 23 litres to 30 litres each time I brew. Means with spillage and losses in fermenter I get one full corni and one 60% full that I bottle later.

So far I have used dried yeast and just added a packet to each fermenter (I'm using Ss brew buckets)

Any reason why if I do a starter with a white labs vial it won't be enough yeast?

Cheers
Will

You would need a big enough starter for the size and strength of the brew. Use an online yeast pitching calculator to determine what is required.
