Brilliant, thanks for that. I'll definitely give it tryHi @proost. I did 19c for about 2 weeks then banged it up to 23c for a couple of days. Dry hopped at 14c for 2-3 days then down as low as I could for a cold crash.
The beer was really good. The lemon drop isn't huge on flavour but left a subtle, lemony flavour. It was really enjoyed by my lager drinking family and friends over Christmas, something of a gateway beer.
