Hi all,
I've just been going through my leftovers which I plan on using for the next brew.
Whilst I'm merrily tapping stuff into beer smith, I thought I would get your ideas too.
I want to do a US style Pale ale of some description. I like 'em hoppy too
Here's the contents of my brewing larder:
6kg Maris Otter
300g Pilsner Malt
300g Chocolate Malt
WLP001 Yeast
100g Athanum
60g Nelson Sauvin
70g Cascade
65g Chinook
70g Simcoe
50g Citra
