Leftover's Stout

I have had lots of leftovers so i have thought about chucking it all in together to get a brew out of it!

Pale Maris Otter 1.0kg
Crystal 120 1.370kg
Torrified 1.400kg
Chocolate 980g
Cane sugar 700g

i have the following hops available;
Challenger
Bobek
Goldings
Fuggles

Can anyone suggest which would be best used with the ingredients above as my knowledge of hops and thier individual properties is sadly lacking.

yeah i use brew mate works out ok for me and its freesoft.

I will have to look up some other stouts and see how much and type of hops are used in thier brews.
