Right o folks,

1st beer for 2 year and problems already!

Had my brew in the keg (youngs) for a few days now, couple in the warm for the priming and a couple in the cold. Just pulled a tiny bit off to see how its looking and its as flat as...

Ive given it a squirt of gas to see if its a leak and it looks like the rubber seal round the pressure release valve has perished causing it to slowly de-presurise.

Shall I just replace the seal, reprime and bring in the warm for a coupe of days then back into the cold? Starting to wish i'd gone down the bottle route now!

I replace all the seals and would re-prime yes, but bring it in the warm for 2 weeks so it can secondary ferment fully, then back in the cold.

The seals are only around 40p each so a couple of £'s would have your keg as good as new, i've just done this on my new second hand keg!

Thanks for the advice chaps, i'll do as you recommend.

Pitstop on the way back tomorrow. :thumb:
