I would try to do it in bulk so the flavour develops uniformly. But it will not ruin it to do it separately. Sounds like you need more secondary vessels!

I also have the problem with storing it all :lol: still trying to work out where I can fit another couple of fridges :D But it looks like another trip to the LHBS for another secondary is on the cards

I've got 7 of the feckers now :D

Plus 3 storage containers (for maturing).

problem that I have got is no garage, well I have but its full of bike bits ect, no shed, well there is one but it is another workshop :lol: so it is trying to find space in the house for it all :D
