With the recent influx of lager beers due to Octo
Over recent week, and thanks to Oktoberfest I have really been enjoying the various lagers on offer. I looking at planning my next few brews and I wouldn't mind brewing a couple of lagers. I have brewed, to some success (42 in Lager than Life 2023) German, Italian and Czech pilsners, plus a Vienna lager some years ago.

I am looking for some recipe inspiration. Like the festbiers that have been around this month, Marzan and some darker lagers.

Can people share their recipes?

Not done many lagers but had some success with Lalbrew Diamond,

A pre prohibition lager with Hallertau Mittelfruh
