Ive got a Lager thats been in the fermenter for just under two weeks. At the end of the first week I noticed how it had settled quite well at the top, but past halfway down it was still quite cloudy.
After a week I gently stirred in some youngs beer finnings hoping that would help clear it. Its been about 5 days since then and its still cloudy at the bottom.

Any suggestions?

If you have a second fermenter you could rack in to that and leave it in there for a couple of days. That usually clears it up for me.

I had that with my last brew. Pressure was required to get the solids to fall, once the brew was bottled it began to clear properly. A fortnight in the fridge and they are near see through. I'm very impressed considering I used honey.

Give time time and more time several weeks in a clean fermenter and then at least 4 weeks in the bottle if you want really clean beer/lager.
Not usual to need any clearing agents for beers
I'll repeat give it TIME.

its hard I know.....
