Hi all just a dumb question!
Never used lager malt before and I'm brewing with it this weekend. What temp should I use in the mash? higher or lower or just normal 66c?
And anything else I should know about??

Just use it as normal in the mash.

Make sure you have a good boil. Lager malt contains more DMS and precursors to it than pale malt.
