Hello. For the first time in my life I have put the usual ale/IPAs on hold and thought I'd give lager a go. I bought a Muntons cerveca kit, fermented and kegged it.
I first tried it 2 nights ago (after being in the keg for 6 weeks) and it is quite nice. The issue is, that it's far too lively; I start to pour a pint and all I seem to get is foam. It takes about 10mins to pour a pint (after letting it settle, and refilling).
Is there any way to minimise the head?
I've released some of the pressure in the keg, but that doesn't seem to help!
Any advice would be appreciated.
