I'm due to start a partial mash brown ale in the next week. The current heatwave has me worried as I was going to use S04 yeast and won't be able to keep the fermentation temperature down enough.
Any recommendations for a suitable kviek strain to use instead? I use dry yeast so would prefer that type.

IME don't.
Did that last year. I know it sounds like a good idea. Nah. You will get a very different beer.

I built a simple cooling system. No maxi required. Just a "fermentation twister", cold source and a cheap submersible pump, controlled by the inkbird.

Easy. Cheap, & works like a charm. And you can keep the same yeasts/recipes.
