How much do you pitch? 5g? 10g?I've had no problems with White labs opshauq kveik dried from slurry after first culture. I've kept it in the freezer since and then just drop a few flakes onto the wort when using it.
I actually pitch about 4cm x 4cm of dry frozen flake. Kveik seems fine with an underpitch.How much do you pitch? 5g? 10g?
