Mine clears too?
I've used Servomyces before which works well, and a very small amount is needed per batch. I've not used anything else though. You could use beer yeast, probably in the same amounts as bread yeast, but I've not tried that. I've not tried wine yeast because apparently wine and beer require different nutrients and wine yeast lacks something beer yeast needs.Hi jceg I might try the nutrient on the slurry to see if that speeds up the fermentation time, what other type of nutrient could I use as I prefer not to use bread yeast?
