Hello all,
I’ve brewed a pale ale and the krausen hasn’t fallen it’s been 3 weeks, I’ve taken a reading and the gravity is 1.011 just as I was aiming for according to the recipe, I’m not sure whether to keg it or wait till the krausen falls, advice would be most appreciated

Have you dry hopped it as it looks like hop residue on the top with yeast.
I would give it a gentle top stir with out putting any oxygen in it and then cold crash it for a couple of days
