I've just bought the valve type lid for my keg so I can start putting brews in there and the wee gas bulbs to but what I was wandering was, could I run a tube/pipe from the spout that's on it to a mounted beer tap, would this still work fine, the reason I ask is I have a spare fridge that this keg sits nicley in and I wanted to make a kegerator but avoid buying a cornie

Ive heard of people using a beer engine with a keg but i havnt got a clue how to be honest but im sure there will be some way of doing it

Hhhhmmmm I was hoping the pressure inside the keg would be enough to push it through the pipe, I might just stick the keg in my fridge and pour from the tap on it, cheers anyway.

there might be a way of doing it but i think you would need more pressure to push it through beer line, i would just leave it as is, you could always fit a dalex type tap to the keg for a better pour

you can get them on ebay for not too expensive, not sure how good they are, i bought the brewgas one when i had a king keg and that worked pretty well
