I just got a King Keg with the small bulbs. I put in my priming brewing sugar, disolved in a bit of hot water, straight into the barrel at the same time as my beer. I was wondering if it's the same procedure as with bottling? Do I need to keep it in a warm room for a couple of weeks, before moving it somewhere cooler?

Yeah same as bottling, keep it warm to carbonate and then condition it. I usually put CO2 in straight away to try and prevent it/slow it spoiling.
