I’m just wondering if anybody knows if this company is still trading?

I placed an order on the 11th of last month, payment has been made but no goods have been received or details of shipping.

I have called both numbers more times than I care to count with no answer or reply to messages left. I have also sent emails with no reply.

I don’t mind waiting if there is a problem but with no response it’s leaving me a little worried and wondering if I should contact my bank to retrieve my money.

There was a thread last week which seems to have been deleted.

There were issues with them a year ago due to the owner’s personal issues and I think we might be having the same problems again.

Update.

I have just received a response from Matthew saying I should expect delivery tomorrow.

Now having read another thread where there have been problems hopefully things have been sorted out.

The owner is a member and I hope he has the decency to reply to this or the other thread as soon as possible as we did the decent thing and deleted the last and very long thread about late deliveries at his request.
