Hi guys,

Just wandering if anyone has used keg Kingdom to purchase equipment and if they had any problems with them? I ordered a few bits of gear and had no problems to start with, but they forgot some stuff (including half my taps somehow so I've had to put my kegarator build on hold!) and I've been trying to contact them about it since 26th June and have had no luck getting an answer.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks guys

I'm guessing we'll keep seeing threads like this until they are reported to Trading Standards.

I know people aren't generally in the habit of starting threads when things go right with orders, but I've seen enough threads and posts about this company to tell me to steer well clear.

I hope you get it sorted.

If you have not had stuff delivered as part of an order and have tried unsuccessfully to find out what is happening over a two month period, you should now be talking to your card provider or Paypal or however you paid to register a dispute. All you will need is evidence of your order, and any correspondence you have had in trying to resolve the issue.

Used them once, never again. Sorry to see you have had issues but advice here is sound. Take it up with payment provider and use some of the other far more responsive, well priced providers around.

I placed a small order with Keg Kingdom for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I got an email on 14th August saying it had been sent 1st class post. Received it today postmarked 24th August. Why would they do that?

It's usually a sign of cash flow issues. The company takes your order for goods they don't have stock of. They then put in their order with their supplier and debit your account whilst they await the goods (on a long boat from overseas) . Then when customers start chasing them they tell them they posted it on such and such a date (even though they haven't) to justify them debiting your account. It's just really poor practice for any retailer/business. I'd say avoid them in future.
