Is anyone else having issues with orders from @KEG_KINGDOM (http://kegkingdom.co.uk)?
I placed an order over a month ago. It arrived quickly but one of the items was missing. I emailed to let them know and got a reply saying it would be sent out.
It has never arrived. I have emailed a few more times and some times I will get a reply and sometimes I don't. As it obviously isn't getting resent I requested a refund but this has went unanswered.
I saw another thread discussing similar issues but it sounded like things had improved but seems like things have went down hill again.
