I know there's been many of these but thought I'd share my build. I opted for a chest freezer tall enough to fit kegs and connections without the need to fit a homemade collar. The Logik one I got has a fridge setting as well as a freezer one so no need for an inkbird or similar to control the temp. I have a two tap tower but I only need the one tap, it was on offer at the time so got it so I have the option to add the second line if I ever choose to. I use 5/16 line for the beer so I drilled a small hole and pushed the line through rather than a big hole I've seen in other builds that's surely affects the units performance. Standard pipe insulation inside the tower. It fits 3 corny kegs with space for 2 4l oxebar kegs on the compressor shelf but I usually just have the 2 cornys in it, a few bottles of commercial beers and a few samples from kegs that are conditioning to see how they're progressing. I put the cornys in those bag for life shopping bags and that catches the bit of run off from connecting and disconnecting the beer line and the spay of starsan. Carb the kegs on my big cylinder while waiting for space to free up in the keezer and have a sodastream set up inside for serving so no drilling of holes needed for a gas line. Proper drip tray is in one of my many online shopping carts and will upgrade to nukataps in the future.
