Keezer "Child lock"

My 14 month old son is getting very close to being able to reach the taps on my keezer so Ive been thinking of various child lock ideas and thought this must be a fairly common problem... so lets see what ingenious solutions people have come up with or can suggest. Simplest solution is probably to put a valve inline just before the taps but lets see if anyone has more interesting ideas...

Could you keep the child in some kind of cage or dark, unlit cellar? If your partner thinks that's not a good idea, the only other solution left open to you is a child free man cave. Purely for the child's own protection, you understand.

Not cheap though, and maybe overkill until he gets to his teenage years and has his friends round for drunken sleep overs.
