Just wondering if anyone has ever made or considered making wine using tinned fruit?
If so would you think it best to use fruit in natural juice or fruit in syrup?
:hmm: Or am I barking mad :wha:
Keen to hear any thoughts on this.

It used to be fairly common, dunno if it still is. I bet Google will turn up a bunch of recipes
