I did have a little try at weekend but it was still flat, was tasty thoughI started drinking mine as soon as it was at serving temperature after carbonation. Well they do say NEIPA is best drunk young!

For me 5>7 days neipa is very drinkable, but 10 days is the sweet spot for me.Very rarely does a keg last more than 3 weeksI started drinking mine as soon as it was at serving temperature after carbonation

I'm different from you kegsters as my NEIPA is in a King Keg PB so was carbonated with sugar solution for 10 days. As soon as that was done the thermostat was dropped to 12 C for 3 days and drinking commenced .
