Hi all Just starting out, A few lads at work have been making Wine and beer for a little while, and one of the guys brought me in a bottle of his wine, I quite enjoyed it so it was my birthday coming up, and the wife asked what I wanted for my Birthday. Well I thought for a while Nothing sprung to mind, and then I thought about that bottle my mate gave me. So she bought me a Youngs kit. it came with 2 brew buckets and no Demi Johns. Well I made it in 7 days and bottled it. a few weks later I called into my local brew shop and the chap was very helpful, I came out with an armful of demi johns and a beaverdale kit and a yound kit and they are just about clearing now. I am glad i found this forum as I am sure i will be asking a lot of questions. The lads at work are still quite new aswell so we are having a bit of a swapshop, with what we are or going to make. Well that is my intorduction and look forward to speaking to you all.
