been too skint to brew recently, since before xmas. prob been costing me more buying beer though

well its bonus time at work :thumb:

so got another 100l stainless for HLT, speed up my brew days, wastes time filling fermenters and then putting back into HLT to boil up the wort

so have 2 of them and 70l thermopot. makes about 69l at a time :

need to test this new setup out so got some ingredients!

50kg marris otter (4 brews)
2kg caramalt
600g cascade
300g citra
300g amarillo
5kg perle :shock: (from the simply hops offer)

gonna get about 480 pints out of this lot, so should give me some stock to age for once, sick of drinking green beer!

what to make first for 69L?
12.5kg marris otter
1kg caramalt
100g or so perle bittering
300g amarillo late

ill have to do 4 brew days all one after another to get it all in stock , and then bottle it all. it will never happen!

once i have some in stock , ill stop brewing until its an emergency, never have enough motivation to get a stock up !
