Just Joined

Hi Everyone,

I have read many super helpful threads over the past few months and thought it was about time I joined.

Started brewing Coopers Kits when I was living in South Africa and then started to play with adding malts. Now I'm living in Germany and have been brewing whole grains in a bag for just over a year. The results have been drinkable, but the more I brew, the more I realise I have so much to learn :lol:

Yes, I brew in a bag. I have a 50L stainless steel pot with an electric element with a false bottom to prevent the grain from burning. It has a PID controller to regulate the heat, and I set up a pump so I can circulate the wort during brewing process. It's a bit trial and error, but that is half the fun.
