just got me water report

up till now i have just added a teaspoon of epson water salts to my initial HLT water and have had fantastic results
now armed with the water report have put in the values in the water calculator
here it is



now i have put in total water as 47 litres which is the total in my hlt for mash sparge etc

but my total brew into fermenter is nearly always 27 to 30 litres

any ideas out there just a bit confused about the totals etc
