Just had a transaction with Neil at Naked Keg (ebay shop based in Glasgow) who are doing those 'ManCan' style 2l, 4l,5l growler 'kegs'. There's lots of 'branded' versions of this but ManCan is the one I'm most familiar with.
Neil does a range of options with these including full size corny kegs as well as these smaller growlers. Bundles are available too with tap options (picnic tap, proper 'keg' taps etc, CO2 cartridge, soda stream canisters etc).
Worth a look and the correspondence I've had with his has been top notch, great impartial advice to suit my needs not to shift his excess stock. I've no affiliation but if you are in touch mention you saw the post in this forum and maybe we can start to wrangle a deal for the HBF-U.K. community.
