Hi,
I just bottled 42 bottles of Coopers Mexican Cerveza. I used 40 500ml glass bottles and 2 Pet Bottles that I just poured the sparkling water out of. I am learning so I have done the pets to check rigidity for carbonation.
I batch primed with 170g of brewing sugar boiled up in a little water.
I used my little bottler for the first time which really automates the process.
I had allowed the lager to ferment at 18 degrees in a bucket for 14 days then I syphoned off into a 23l pet carboy for 10 days on a cold floor to lager a little bit at around 16 degrees.
The lager is very clear.
Its gone in a warm room now for 2 weeks prior to rapid chilling in my new ebay larder fridge :)
