So I've got a continental larger kit on the go for the wife. At the moment its in the fermentation bucket. When I transfer it to the cask can i use pectolase?
Because its a larger I'd like it to be as clear as possible
Any advice/tips well recieved
And no taking the micky because its larger ;)

once its finished fermenting just drop it in to a clean FV and leave it in a cool place for a week.

Pectolase is for clearing hazes caused by pectin.

You can get more relevent finings for beer, try isinglass for example.
