No pics yet sorry, but stuck a tin of John Bull IPA , with a 1kg tin of light liquid malt. Filled to just 19 litres as think that malt won't brew as readily with malt instead of sugar?

Just moved to the 2nd fermentation vessel and smelt and tasted great. Made a hop tea with 10g of citra and will be throwing in 90g of citra to dry hop tomorrow and leaving it for 4 days to bottle on Saturday - hoping for a strongly aromaful beer - but who knows how it will turn out! Have a couple of Brew Dog loving friends visiting and had these bits in the cupboard so threw it all together - planned to only brew all grain this year but still haven't got my first on yet.

Currently rebuilding our shed to become brewery/pub/office. Will post pics in another thread if interested but will be a long build - think months before I'm in there sadly!

So too early to drink it really, but the plastic bottles I've done to have through the handpull were rock hard, so I chilled a stubby bottle to have after dinner.

Not yet carbonated enough (and in my haste to chill it in the freezer it iced a little) but tasted good if a little plummy _ the malt syrup made it too dark I think Still will see how it settles out I think in a week or two it will be good but not perfect
All the more reason to get something else brewed

Planning all grain but trying to find the time is hard.

Opened another bottle at the weekend as a friend was visiting - very disappointed - no citra came through at all... Really not sure what I've done wrong there! Will give is a bit more time, but worrying that the dry hops aroma seems to have gone?
