Well start date is 1st July. I'll wait untill I settled in before offering tours, tips, yeast and discounted malt!

I'll defo be asking about the yeast! They are quite experimental and use afew different kinds.

only two weeks to go! I think I am more nervous now than I was after the interview. Really looking forward to getting my teeth into a new role. I was some what wasted and bored in my previous role if I say so myself lol. Really looking forward to it!!

I am honestly so privileged and lucky to be able to be making this move. I know alot of people that can't find work yet I get to get a new job!

It's going to be strange interviewing for my old role!! My employers are chuffed for me so thats made it easier.
