Tomorrow (Tuesday), I have a job interview with one of Manchester's better microish brewerys (IMO). Not brewing role but moving in to admin etc. Still a small company so reallying hoping I get the job. If not I should count myself lucky that I am currently employed and enjoy my job...

Fingers crossed! :D

Well fingers crossed for you :thumb: at least you've a fall back plan

This time by phone, as both jobs are in Germany.

Good luck, Darcey. :)

Good luck guys, hope it goes well for both of you :thumb:
Local hey Darcey...there aren't that many :hmm:...once you're 'in' ask em if they need anyone else

Good luck to you and the missus.

My wife also has an interview tomorrow, so here's hoping they are both lucky :)

I might have an interview Wednesday evening, not sure yet, the job has changed from what I applied for (different location further away then I would like), but they seem keen to get me so....

Good Luck tomorrow, to all, and no need to brick it.

I have had well over 100 interviews & have always got the Jobs I really went balls out for, My best advice is be yourself, Don't ********, Be enthusiastic and have recent evidence (on paper preferably) of how you have improved things for your current employer, if you go in with a can do attitude, you will always get the job, no doubt's.

UP

Thanks all! Just closing the pub up. Sleep hopefully then up to check my preparations.

I have very little in paper qualifications. My experience is very much practical and experience based.

May put together a small résumé just to remind my self.

The more you know about them the better. Empoyers are always impressed if you take the time and trouble to really investigate the job it suggests you really are interested in them not just any old job. When you think about it it is really a social skill, people warm to those who ask questions about them and show an interest in them. It's just an extension of this really.

good luck darcey :thumb: ,hmmmmm...... marble? pictish? millstone? shaws?, the list could go on and on....

Well that went badly. It was Marble brewery. Panicked abit but put myself across quite well. Forgot how rusty I am at excel. Time for a pint. D
