Just going over my notes from @phildo79 an he mentioned a slight aftertaste (which I agree with) probably to do with the water. I actually tried a bit of gypsum (2g for a 10l batch) for the first time ever in this brew, no other additions apart from a Campden tablet. I think it may be a combination of the yeast and the water as I've only had this taste with this yeast, but it's also better in this beer after adding the gypsum. He also mentioned it was a little overcarbed, but it was perfect for my tastes.
Anyway, here's the recipe :
Vienna IPA 10L 85% efficiency
1.8kg Vienna Malt
220g Oats
100g Wheat malt
Zeus 2g @60
Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic 10g @10
Galaxy, Mosaic 10g 30 min hopstand
Citra 5g 30 min hopstand
C, G, M 10g 8 day dry hop (was meant to be 6 days but life got in the way)
London 3 yeast
Primed to 2.5 vols
