Just buy a bottle of essence and a bottle of cheap vodka, mix in some sugar (200g or something like that) and you're done :D

There are plenty of recipes for herbal liqueurs on chefkoch.de, with a bit of experimentation you should be able to produce something similar. Depends how you want to make it though. The recipes I use don't use essences, I use the herbs and spices. I'd also suggest starting with gin rather than vodka, it's less harsh.
