a friend has just dropped round with a used king keg.....

it looks in good condition dispite being [poss] 10+ years old

are all the parts still available...?

does any one know of where where can i get a spare elastic band type pressure release..

does any one have any spare parts they arn't gonna use anymore, co2 adaptor/capsules etc..... :wha:

im gonna have to read up on the best way of using one of these babys,

will be filling it with my ginger beer for a trial run , as its as cheap as chips to make.....and needs bottling/kegging soon

not like a tree then..... :D

i was never into putting my brewsinto a keg, as i thought they would not last/keep for long, but having spoken to some other brewers they seem to be able to keep their brews for around 6 months... is that possible in a keg

i do bottle every thing at the moment but now i have a keg i may be swayed... :hmm:

I've never had any problem with beer staying sound in a "pressure barrel" as we used to call them for up to eight or nine months, however will it keep that long, well that tap is very tempting it just screams use me use me.

I also hear a voice that says "Throttle the wife" when I've had some beer...
Is that normal too? :hmm:
