It's only Tuesday, but anyone drinking homebrew?

I try to keep any drinking to a couple on a Friday or the weekend, but I felt like trying one of my brewferm triples while sterilizing my equipment ready to start Midas touch kit.

The triple has been in the bottle a few months now, and is tasting really good, so I thought I'd see if anyone else is enjoying a home brew of any form?

BetterBrew Brown ale, after some WOW rose in the garden this afternoon whilst picking my berberis berries - it's the holidays and it's also the law

A lovely day here, after the brutal hailstorm on Sunday - seen NOWT like it in August :shock: - and yesterdays torrential downpours :? :?

Homebrew is the answer to our British summer weather :thumb:

trying very hard to resist, despite the warm evening, and the fact that I've finished work and am off on holiday tomorrow... maybe later, when I kick off a brew :mrgreen:

just sorted my shelves out and had to have a rest......so........

pulled out the old camping chair sat just inside the garage door and listened to the late blackbirds..... oh and had a nice no very nice glass of St Peters Red Ruby Ale. Perfict !

This brew has amazed me. I bottled it far too early for some unknown reason... it was nicknamed " Muddy waters " that was on the 8th July, tonight its one of the clearest beers I've produced its sparling in the glass,and what a colour its showing. I had a small bottle tonight ( little budwisser bottle 330ml ) and the red ruby held its head throughout the slow drink, also had good lacing on the glass.

Can't recommend it enough.

I only started properly on my birthday (July 29th) so I ain't got anything ready yet!

Actually I tell a lie... I got some Youngs Alcopops on the side, but that could get messy... I have work in the morning :hmm:

Haha glad to see there are a fair few out the enjoying the fruits of your labour. I'm quite looking forward to giving this Midas touch a go in a couple of months time, it smelt fairly good!

that was one of the best kits I did - and my mate at work who still brews kits can't get enough of them!!


I've relented - well, it IS nearly holiday time! 2nd pint of Orkney Dark Island is slipping down nicely :drink:

I'm kicking off an overnight mash though, so best stop boozing and start brewing!!
