I have been been brewing my own beer for over a year now and most of my brews have been successful. I have mainly been sticking with Bulldog brew kits, 4 finger jack and pennine peak being very tasty. However my latest brew has gone horribly wrong. I started it on the 16th April with an OG of 1044 and kegged it on the 6th May at 1018 along with 150g of granulated sugar. I put it in the fridge a couple of days ago to cool off ready for the match last night and when I drew some off to have a look it was still cloudy and still had a SG of 1018. I didn't drink any as it did not look or taste too clever.
What has gone wrong? Could I yeast it again and see what happens? Any ideas....

1018 seems a bit high...kegged in what? 150g is high for a plastic pb...where was it stored? Sounds like a stuck fermentation. If it's not off I'd tip it into a sterilised fv pitch a Wilko and see what happens...but...it's a bit hot for that ATM...
Just my 2p as a learning brewer...
