I I found this video and it is very different to the method i followed especially as to at what stage to add the sugar. Is it right?

hmm they seem to have improved it since i last watched it. the last time it was riddled with flaws. that version seems spot on now :)


though i did laugh that he had no head when he poured the pint, then the camera cut to his face and it was a lovely looking pint with big head :lol:

Apart from when he shows you how to sanitise the FV - swill the VWP around and then piur it down the sink - no mention on rinsing the FV thoroughly afterwards - AFAIK, VWP is not a no rinse sanitiser :shock:
