Now: I've been tinkering with the CO2 and I am still at the 's**tting myself' phase. I can't for the life of me figure out how to work my regulator (I don't own a wrench and I think it's not quite tight enough as it always sounds like it's leaking.) I also don;t know exactly how to set the pressure of the regulator as the big knob (s******) on the front doesn't always seem like it's controlling it effectively.
Any tips based on the previous picture of my regulator? I want to test it out with water before potentially ruining a beer with it.
