Hello,
I've tried making my own wine a few times in the past and I've had some reasonable success. Yesterday I tried brewing beer for the first time - Coopers British Bitter from their international series. I sanitised everything before I started and mixed everything as per the instructions but nothing happened all day yesterday. When I got up this morning it is bubbling through the airlock like it should. Is this normal for beer? From my experience with wine fermentation starts pretty much as soon as you add the yeast.
Any advice anyone can share would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks
Joe
