Hi all
I'm a kit brewer I've made about 20 kits. Some have been nicer than other but not had a bad one yet. Touch wood. I'm quite happy knocking up a kit in 30 mins bottling 2 weeks later. It is so easy,
I don't see the need to move on.
But there is this nagging feeling that I don't know if it tastes right. Is it supposed to taste like this? I know it doesn't really matter if I like the beer but am I doing right?
How do you measure your beers? Do you compare to commercial beers? Or just accept it's good if you like it?
