Woke up this morning with a present from Aleman. Not knowing it was coming I have decided to make this day an unoffical birthday!!!

I have a bottle of his Usher's stout (back to basic's) and a Bottle of Effin Imperial :party:
But I have a query on the effin Imperial as it doesn't say what vintage it is :hmm:

You mean you didn't read the bit that said Brewed 21st Sept 2008 - Bottled ?? Jan 2010 . . . on teh front of the label

The RIS can be drunk at room temperature or perhaps slightly below. It may not be all that carbonated as its only been two months since bottling and they have been stored in a cold loft for that time . . . . it won't really be drinkable for another 9 months . . . and will improve for a couple of years after that . . . not that I expect anyone here to have it more than a couple of weeks :lol:

It's my Birthday too MD, I also got 2 bottles!!!
The dinky bottles combined with the beautiful labels are far to nice to use, mine are now on display in the town hall.
