Thanks @BeerCat, it was my first lager fermented at lager temperature in the cold weather earlier this year and I was so impressed with the result that I bought a chest freezer so I could replicate it at will
 
It was too cloudy to bottle so I added gelatine, I will bottle tomorrow night.
From past experience it will barb up fine. But I am a bit concerned about how cloudy it is, maybe the Ashbeck left me low on calcium, even though I added some calcium chloride
 
What was you final water profile and did you acidify the mash? Even with Ashbeck and its low bicarb level brunwater recommends an acid addition for a lager.
