Take a hydrmeter reading again now its cooled down to room temperature and see what it is. If it still low make up a suar solution add it in stages to the DJ. Give it a good stir between stages and keep taking a hydrometer reading untill you get your desired OG.
 
Thanks for all the help lads. Quick update:

Both wines seem to be doing well. The SG of one was 090, the other was 012! This is because of an accident when adding the axtra sugar solution.

I can see a lot of small bubbles rising around the edges at a fast continuous pace on both. Weirdly though I can only here one of them (012) fizzing, its pretty loud! The 090 on the other hand has foaming to the surface where the other only has sporadic bubbles.

Is this difference in them to be expected given the difference is sg?
