Hi all,
Due to current circumstances my LHBS is out ot protofloc tabs so I have bought a pack of loose Irish moss. The question is how much do I add to a23l brew of Belgian tripel? Thanks for any advice.

I have a question about Irish moss if anyone can help? My recipe says to add 3g ten minutes from the end of the boil at the same time as the Golding hops.
I use hop bags and added the moss to the bag, was this OK or should I have thrown it in and left it in? I took the hop bags out after I cooled the mash with my cooler.

Hi! Icelandic moss is a famous medicinal plant, I don't understand why beer is brewed from it.
