Done my first AG brew.

The kit came with a small pack of Irish moss to be added 5 minutes before boil finish.

Done that. The brew is cooling.

Do I siphon into the fermenter to leave settled sediment behind. Or pour it all until the fermenter?

The instructions make no mention of what to do.

Help quick please.

Yes. Siphon and leave the stuff behind (doesn't matter if a little bit gets in the accidentally though)

Ok. Thanks for the replies.

I tried siphoning, but couldn't get the siphon working, I read just pumping the wort through and it was spraying around. I think it read the wide pan with the shallow wort. In the end I had to pour it in the fermenter.

That's when the next concern came up. I'll post about that in a new thread.
