For my next brew I would like to try a nice hoppy IPA. Can anyone recommend a good 2-can IPA kit please

I'm going to try the Amarillo IPA extract brew that's on the Brew UK site, sounds rather good.
Yes, well from my experience - if dry hopping during fermentation I've found that it produces a good deep taste of the hops tho if your fermenting for more than 5 days (and I've always had to with kits) I'd probably remove the bag because it can give off an earthy taste but dry hopping in carbonation or conditioning gives a more crisp hoppy aroma,..I've left them in for a few weeks and not had any off flavours but that's just my findings, there's various opinions on the matter. :thumb:chiefstoker said:So, what would be the best time to add the dry hops, I've heard that after the intial fermentation is best, maybe a couple of days before bottling - correct???

Probably one for the experts that but I use cascades or something with a lower alpha acid% and above all the ones you like the smell of most :thumb: trial and error job never failsAdrianTrace said:Thanks for the replies guys : Are there any particular hops I should use (boil/dry hopping) for IPA style?
Looks like I'll get a pack of hops for this, and for an elderflower tweak I'm planning for when the flowers are out.
